The public website

The public landing and legal pages do not set optional analytics or advertising cookies and do not load session replay. Fonts and app images are served from our own hosting, not Google's font servers. Hosting providers receive network information necessary to deliver and secure the site.

Why there is no optional-cookie banner

We do not ask you to accept optional cookies when this website does not set them. Adding non-essential cookies or similar device storage requires a prior choice that can be declined or withdrawn; this page is not permission to introduce tracking.

The app and browser development builds

The native app stores sessions in the OS secure store, and saves requested chat caches, drafts, preferences and permissions locally. A browser development build can use local storage for sessions and preferences. Native first-party product analytics are distinct from website cookies; see Privacy for the analytics preference and essential diagnostics. We do not use session replay, keystroke recording or advertising identifiers.

Your choices

You can clear website data in your browser settings. This may remove local sign-in or preferences. Contact support with questions; clearing local data is not a request to erase the server account. Use Delete account for that.
