Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This separate policy describes consumer-health information that may arise in Moonpeko and complements Privacy. The app is entertainment, not healthcare, therapy, diagnosis or an emergency service.

Categories and sources

Your messages, calls, voice, photos, memories, summaries and related inferences may reveal physical or mental health, sexuality, or an attempt to seek support. Information comes from what you share and the inferences used to provide the requested companion experience. We do not intentionally collect precise location or biometric-identification templates for health profiling.

Purposes and choices

We process relevant content for requested replies, voice and images, saved memories and continuity, and applicable safety protocols. We ask for explicit sensitive-data permission separately from permission to send content to our third-party AI providers. You can withdraw AI processing in Privacy & data and request erasure. Optional analytics is not permission for unrelated use or disclosure of health information.

Recipients

Cloudflare hosts application data, media and controlled telemetry; our third-party AI providers process relevant content for AI and speech features. Restricted operator access may be needed for a report, safety issue or rights request. The main Privacy Policy describes the other feature-specific providers. We do not sell consumer health data, use it for advertising, or create health-data geofences. If a proposed disclosure requires a distinct sharing consent, we must obtain that choice before the disclosure; the existing controls do not authorize unrelated third-party sharing.

Applicable laws can permit necessary processing to provide a product or service you requested, including qualifying processor operations. We do not use that exception as blanket permission for optional profiling or marketing.

Rights, withdrawal and deletion

Contact support@moonpeko.vunpeko.com for applicable access, deletion, withdrawal or appeal rights and information about recipients. See Privacy requests. Deletion tasks include relevant application records, media, processors and applicable backup/archive handling. Processor retention, legal exceptions and incomplete cleanup are explained rather than concealed.

Changes

Material changes to categories, purposes or disclosures require updated information and any fresh consent required by law. A general app update is not permission for a new health-data purpose.
